Welcome

The aim of NAD is to provide key information on cutting edge topics in natural anticancer drug research. This includes drug discovery, production of natural compounds, molecular targets and mechanisms, chemoprevention and success stories. Invited keynote speakers will give plenary lectures on hot topics covering a broad range of research areas related to natural compounds. NAD is aimed at the whole scientific community including students, academics, and industry researchers who are interested in the fundamental mechanisms underlying the anticancer activity of natural compounds.

Olomouc, the second most historically important city after Prague and a business centre, is situated in the middle of Moravia and easily reached from Prague and Vienna international airports. Discover the historic centre with its unique baroque monuments, fountains, columns and cathedrals. The Holy Trinity Column located in the Upper Town Square is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Olomouc belongs to arguably the Czech Republic’s most beautiful town, at least by recent article published by Lonely Planet.
